Demo Overview
EFS Team Manager helps clubs manage players, staff, teams, reviews, grading, and season planning from one central WordPress-based system.
Most of the functionality is managed inside the WordPress admin area, where club administrators can import player data, create teams, assign staff, run coach review campaigns, manage grading decisions, and prepare teams for the season ahead.
This demo includes both Basic and Pro functionality, as well as both club operating modes: Grassroots and Professional. Basic covers the core team management workflow, while Pro adds more advanced grading, portals, review, and decision-making tools.
What to test
Start in the WordPress admin area and open EFS Team Manager from the left-hand menu.
Things worth testing:
- View the dashboard to get a quick overview of the current season, players, teams, staff, and review activity.
- Go to People > Players and open a player profile to see player details, review history, team allocation, and grading information.
- Go to People > Teams and open a team profile to review team members, staff assignments, and team structure.
- Use People > Import to test importing players, staff, teams, and assignments from CSV files.
- Try Manual Allocation or Team Builder to allocate unassigned players into teams.
- Switch between Grassroots and Professional mode in settings to see how the system adapts for different club types.
- Review the Grading area to test grading sessions, player assessment, committee decisions, and grading summaries.
- Open the frontend grading or review portals to see how coaches, graders, and committee members interact with the system outside the admin area.
- Check the settings area to see how seasons, dropdown lists, email settings, sports, positions, and club preferences can be configured.
The demo is intentionally populated with sample players, teams, and staff so you can test real workflows without needing to enter everything from scratch.
Demo data, documents and uploads are reset every night.
